The Wahweap Hoodoos are a five-mile hike up Wahweap Creek from Big Water, Utah. there are three groups of hoodoos separated by a few hundred yards. The best ones for photography are in the final group. The low sun angle in fall and winter puts most of these in the shade. We werelucky to get probably the most prominent one still in the sun late in the morning. |
