Inscription: "TWO YEARS AFTER THE RATIFICATION OF A TREATY OF PEACE BETWEEN THE CONFEDERATE STATES AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THE CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA Will pay TWENTY DOLLARS to the bearer on demand, Richmond, February 17th, 1864."
