Ogayo universiteti
Ogayo universiteti (inglizcha: Ohio University) — Amerika davlat tadqiqot universiteti 7,5 kvadrat metr maydonda joylashgan Afinada, Ogayo shtatida[1]. Ogayo universiteti Kongress qarori bilan yaratilgan Amerikadagi birinchi universitet, shuningdek, sobiq Shimoli-g'arbiy hududdagi birinchi universitetdir; u, shuningdek, Qo'shma Shtatlardagi to'qqizinchi eng qadimgi davlat universitetidir[2][3]. Afinadagi asosiy kampusda deyarli har bir shtatdan va 100 ga yaqin mamlakatdan kelgan 26 000 dan ortiq talabalar bor[4].

Ogayo universiteti Shimoliy Markaziy kollejlar va maktablar uyushmasi tomonidan to'liq akkreditatsiyadan o'tgan. Karnegi ta'limni rivojlantirish jamg'armasi Ogayo universitetini asosiy tasnif toifasida tadqiqot universiteti (yuqori tadqiqot darajasi) sifatida tasniflaydi[5].
Fulbright dasturi g'oliblarining umumiy soni bo'yicha universitet Boston kolleji, Princeton universiteti va UCLA kabi universitetlar qatorida turadi. Ogayo universiteti Ta'lim va madaniyat masalalari byurosi tomonidan 2014-2015-yillarda amerikalik talabalar orasida Fulbright dasturini olgan talabalar soni bo'yicha eng kattasi deb tan olingan[6].
Tarix
tahrirOgayo universiteti rasman 1804-yil 18-fevralda tashkil etilgan boʻlib, uning nizomi yangi shtat Bosh Assambleyasi tomonidan tasdiqlangan[7]. Uning kafolati Ogayo shtati Qo'shma Shtatlarga qabul qilinganidan 11 oy o'tib keldi. Birinchi uchta talaba universitetga 1809-yilda qabul qilingan. Ulardan ikkitasi 1815-yilda bakalavr darajasini olib universitetni tamomlagan[8].
